The reservation deposit is 45% of the rent rounded off.

Note: We will meet at the house, at an arranged time during checkin hours. You have given us an arrival time and that is the time we will be available to check you in, if this has changed please let us know no later than your arrival eve. We do charge for waiting. A 45% non-refundable rental deposit is required to rent your house. ($200 min) by check.

I understand the reservation deposit is non-refundable and I have read the POLICY PAGE, which is made a part of this reservation. I understand that my credit card with ID is required at checkin for any balance and for security deposit. I understand rental of this home is subject to the Policy of this company. Please read about checkin arrangements on the POLICY page as we have set up an arrival schedule for you.

You will receive an email to the address listed above for your final confirmation, when this signature form and deposit check have arrived. Email immediately if the email does not come on time.
On arrival you will pay any balance by credit card, and $300 security/damage/cleaning deposit which is fully and promptly refunded if you leave the property as you found it and have followed our policy. A credit card imprint in your name is required at checkin as security even if you prepay the security deposit. Please see policy page made a part of this rental agreement.
